I help small businesses identify growth opportunities and build actionable advancement plans. I hold an MBA in Finance from ASU's W. P. Carey School of Business, with experience in financial planning and analysis, investor relations, grant management, and behavioral health at organizations including Crocs, Inc., Maricopa County, and Southwest Behavioral Health Services. 

My mission is to help small businesses grow and organize while helping owners maintain their creative, entrepreneurial spirit. As a Micro & Small Business Consultant, I work alongside owners to build the structure and systems needed for sustainable growth, without losing sight of the vision that drove them to start their business in the first place.
